How old do you need to be to rent a car?
The minimum rental age is 19 (for some vehicles it is 21). All renters must have held a valid driver's licence for at least 24 months.
When do I NEED to pay?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your reservation. The balance is payable before the collection of the vehicle. All outstanding balances must be settled before you will receive the keys.
CancelLation POLICY
We understand that circumstances can change. Your booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to collecting your vehicle. Your non-refundable deposit will be held in credit for redemption within a 12 month period from your original booking.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY A SECURITY BOND?
Yes. The bond amount will vary depending on the level of damage liability selected. You will see damage liability options when you proceed to the booking screen. All security bonds are refundable to the card they were paid with, within 21 days of returning the vehicle.
Which payment methods do YOU accept?
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express. Credit cards incur a 1.5% surcharge, levied at the time of payment.We may accept debit cards only where the renter opts to take maximum damage liability reduction. When paying by debit card a $250 security bond will be collected.
